Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Technical Architect to define and drive the technical strategy, architecture, and governance of Salesforce and enterprise solutions. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to design scalable, high-performance systems that align with business goals. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in enterprise architecture, cloud solutions, integrations, and technology selection .

Key Responsibilities

Define and oversee the IT architecture for Salesforce and enterprise solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
Act as the technical authority , driving technology choices, architectural best practices, and governance.
Lead the design and implementation of complex system integrations (REST APIs, SOAP, ESB, Microservices).
Define data architecture strategies , including data modeling, migration, and governance.
Collaborate with business leaders, product owners, and technical teams to translate business requirements into robust architectural solutions.
Ensure best practices in DevOps, CI / CD pipelines, security, and cloud infrastructure .
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring high coding and architectural standards.
Evaluate emerging technologies and innovations to recommend improvements and future-proof solutions.
Drive technical risk assessments and propose mitigation strategies.
Work closely with C-level executives and stakeholders to align IT strategy with business objectives.

Required Experience & Skills

12+ years of experience in IT architecture and software development, with at least 5 years in a Salesforce enterprise architecture role .

Deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and integrations with third-party systems.

Strong experience with enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, etc.).

Expertise in cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and modern DevOps practices .

Solid knowledge of microservices architecture, event-driven systems, and API management .

Experience in managing technical roadmaps, governance, and technology selection .

Proven ability to lead large-scale digital transformation projects .

Bilingual : Fluency in English and French (spoken and written) is required.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills , with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or equivalent high-level certification .

Certifications in cloud platforms (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, etc.) .

Experience with big data, AI / ML, and advanced analytics architectures .

Agile or DevOps certification (e.g., SAFe, Kubernetes, Terraform).
