Key Responsibilities :
Strategy, Roadmap & Delivery
- Define and manage a portfolio of cybersecurity initiatives over a 3-year investment horizon
- Lead and support project delivery, ensuring alignment with regulatory, group, and business objectives
- Collaborate with security architects to identify security gaps and define mitigation strategies
- Influence group security policies, especially related to data security
- Collaborate with internal subsidiaries to monitor cybersecurity program progress and ensure alignment with group expectations
- Support the definition, documentation, and standardization of cybersecurity services across multiple entities
- Oversee budgeting and forecasting, including service volumes, cost allocation, and usage tracking
- Establish and enforce governance standards and best practices across functions
Stakeholder Management & Reporting
Aggregate input from various teams and deliver concise, high-quality reports for senior managementSupport internal and external audit readiness through structured documentationCommunicate risks, issues, and program status to executive stakeholdersDevelop and deliver communication kits and synthesis reports for CISO and leadership teamsMandatory Requirements :
10+ years in IT or cybersecurity project / program managementStrong experience in cybersecurity governance & reportingCertifications : Prince2, ITIL, ADKAR (mandatory)Fluent in English (mandatory), French & Dutch (fluent)Background in financial servicesStrong communication and leadership skillsPreferred :
CISSP, CISA, CRISC certificationsExperience with Agile , data security , and multi-entity programsSoft Skills :
