Legend Biotech is a global biotechnology company dedicated to treating, and one day curing, life-threatening diseases. Legend Biotech entered into a global collaboration agreement with Janssen, one of the pharmaceutical companies of Johnson & Johnson, to jointly develop and commercialize ciltacabtagene autolecuel (cilta-cel) in 2017. Our strategic partnership is designed to combine the strengths and expertise of both companies to advance the promise of an immunotherapy in the treatment of multiple myeloma.

Project Manager

What can you expect?

As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in driving operational goals and supporting organizational growth.

Here’s what you’ll be doing :

  • Project leadership : You will take charge of assigned projects, identifying bottlenecks and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop effective solutions. Your focus will include optimizing systems and processes to meet current and future business needs.
  • Operational excellence : By delivering key initiatives aimed at improving manufacturing efficiency and controlling costs, you will directly contribute to operational stability and growth. You will also provide stakeholders with detailed project analyses and progress updates to maintain alignment.
  • Strategic execution : Collaborating with subject matter experts, business process owners, and external partners, you will ensure the successful execution of strategic initiatives. You will also refine project management tools and methodologies to enhance performance and results.
  • Cross-departmental collaboration : You will partner with teams across different departments to ensure projects are aligned with organizational objectives. Your work will support the smooth launch of cell therapy treatments and sustainable departmental growth.

Who are we looking for?

Education :

You hold a master’s degree in a field related to the pharmaceutical industry, or you have equivalent experience.

Experience :

You have at least three years of experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or similarly regulated industries. Experience in operations, manufacturing, or related fields is a strong advantage.

Languages :

You are fluent in English and communicate clearly and effectively. Knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
