As part of their commitment to reliability and innovation, they are seeking a seasoned engineer to join their third-line support team the critical escalation point for complex system issues impacting key services.
Your Role
- Provide expert third-line support for complex incidents affecting telecom systems.
- Act as escalation point for first- and second-line support teams, driving issue resolution and root-cause analysis.
- Monitor and maintain both cloud and on-prem telecom infrastructure.
- Collaborate with network, platform, and development teams to ensure high service availability.
- Automate system processes and optimize service recovery workflows.
- Influence system architecture for scalability, resilience, and continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For
Experienced & solution-oriented : 10+ years in IT support and infrastructure, preferably telecom.Technically strong : Deep knowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft 365, networking, firewalls, NAS, virtualization, security, and telecom platforms like 3CX.Analytical & strategic : Able to see the bigger picture and align IT solutions with business goals.Mentor & leader : Committed to developing junior engineers and raising team capabilities.Proactive & ownership-driven : Prevents problems before they occur, doesn’t just react.Excellent communicator : Translates technical issues into clear solutions for teams and clients.What’s On Offer
