Job description

• Negotiate and finalize agreements with land and property owners.
• Ensure the seamless execution of projects from initiation through to the acquisition of all required permits.
• Oversee projects, manage budgets and risks, and adjust strategies as needed.
• Communicate effectively with key stakeholders to ensure strong support and project feasibility.
• Represent the company before local and regional authorities, the public, and industry associations.
• Work independently while taking ownership of your team’s and region’s performance.
