Our company is VCA-P certified and operates 24 / 7 with a highly experienced and multi-skilled staff of around 150 people. We work with companies from various industries, in maintenance, shutdowns and projects. Our specialties are bolting activities (torque and tensioning), piping, lifting and spark erosion. As Work Supervisor you will be responsible for the good work execution of

the discipline of which you are in charge.

You supervise the progress of the work and coordinate different

subcontractors' interventions of all or part of the site.

You manage the foreman / brigadier and all the work organization for which

you are responsible.

A Work Supervisor stays on construction sites and may be asked to move

frequently.

You report weekly to the construction manager.

VCA certificate, valid work permit for Belgium and own accommodation are

basic requirements. Trainings - Generalist or Specialized Engineer's diploma or Construction Engineer or Construction Manager Experience In possession of following certificates - VCA

• VOL - Flange Mechanic (IS-010) - Minimum knowledge of Dutch, French German or English Know-how - Know how to inculcate the QHSE policies of Force Mechanics - Know how to manage a team of works - Know how to delegate and control - Know how to lead a meeting - Know how to promote the company to third parties - Know how to report regularly to his superiors - Know how to control the computer tools related to his function Know how to be - Have leadership - Be autonomous - Be organised - Be rigorous - Be available and mobile - Have a good relationship
