About the role :

As an intern, you will Immerse yourself in the reality of our profession. You will be mentored in your daily tasks by our leaders, which will allow you to gain a lot of autonomy in the professional environment.

Sales Traineeship Details :

  • Position : Sales & Logistics Trainee
  • Duration : 6-9 months
  • Location : Spantech Headquarters (Nivelles, Belgium)
  • Start Date : To be determined

This is an unpaid internship!!

What you will do :

1. Logistics coordination

Organize project logistics, including transportation, accommodation and heavy machinery planning

2. Warehouse & equipment management

Supervise storage, equipment maintenance and refurbishment activities

3. Inventory & Procurement

Manage inventory records and ensure timely procurement of necessary project supplies and consumables

1. Customer Engagement : Develop strong communication skills and learn how to build lasting client relationships.

2. Product Knowledge : Master the ins and outs of Spantech’s modular solutions, understanding their benefits and applications.

3. Sales Techniques : Observe seasoned sales professionals during client meetings, negotiations, and presentations.

4. Market Research : Analyze industry trends, identify potential clients, and contribute to sales strategies.

5. Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and engineering.

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, Mechanical Engineer or in construction or related field.
  • Passion for sales,logistics, curiosity, and a proactive mindset.
  • Fluent in French / English (additional languages are a plus).
