Champion Copilot enablement, helping users embrace AI-driven capabilities. 🧠 Specific Competencies Needed 7+ years of experience managing complex IT programs, ideally in digital transformation or enterprise implementations in banking or financial services. Deep understanding of regulatory, compliance, security, and data privacy standards in the financial sector. Strong command of project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) with practical application experience. Expertise in Microsoft 365 (Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online) from an enterprise perspective. Knowledge of Azure data platform tools : Azure Data Lake, Synapse Analytics, Data Factory, Power BI — and their integration with Microsoft 365.
