The Know Your Customer (KYC) framework plays a critical role in the fight against money laundering and the financing of terrorism. The KYC OPS Legal Entities team is responsible for the onboarding of new corporate clients and the periodic review of existing ones, ensuring full compliance with applicable KYC policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities :

As a Client Servicing Specialist within the KYC OPS Legal Entities team, you will :

  • Ensure the accurate implementation of KYC policies and procedures.
  • Follow up on requests from clients and internal stakeholders until cases are fully resolved.
  • Validate collected data using internal systems and external sources.
  • Provide well-founded advice based on comprehensive data analysis and compliance checks.
  • Collaborate with various internal departments and external stakeholders to manage KYC cases efficiently.
  • Input and maintain accurate KYC data in the appropriate systems.
  • Rigorously follow established processes and escalate any suspicious activity to your manager and / or the compliance team.
  • Stay informed and up to date on evolving KYC regulations and best practices.
  • Independently analyze and handle cases, proposing alternative solutions when appropriate.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and French; knowledge of German is an asset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
