Penetration Testing Coordinator

Freelance | Antwerp | Hybrid (2x / week on-site)

Contract : 6 months (view to extend)

We're seeking a Penetration Testing Coordinator to support our Cyber Security & Network Operations team in managing and validating security testing activities across our applications and systems.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate and manage penetration testing activities with external suppliers
  • Refine test scopes, plan and monitor execution, validate results, and oversee remediation
  • Assess security risks and supplier service quality
  • Report findings to cross-functional stakeholders

Your Profile :

  • 3+ years' experience in IT security with a strong focus on pentesting
  • Proven coordination and planning skills in a security testing context
  • Solid understanding of web apps, APIs (REST / SOAP), and infrastructure diagrams
  • Strong communicator, fluent in Dutch and English
  • Hands-on, structured, and proactive mindset
