IT Infrastructure Recruitment Consultant at CDH Professionals

We’re looking for an experienced IT Support Specialist to lead a clients Helpdesk team, manage IT operations, and support key infrastructure.

Your Role :

  • Manage & organize the IT Helpdesk (2-3 people)
  • Provide 1st-3rd line support & software assistance
  • Oversee Power BI, Tformer, CSV & EDI processes
  • Install & troubleshoot hardware, network, and O365
  • Contribute to logistics software (WMS) development
  • Ensure compliance with IT guidelines & security best practices

Requirements :

  • 5+ years in IT infrastructure, system engineering, or network admin
  • Knowledge of Power BI, Virtualization (VMware), EDI & security is a plus
