Developer Consultant (.NET + Azure)

Location : On site in Brussels, Belgium

Contract Type : Freelance.

Start : ASAP

We are looking for two highly skilled Developer Consultants to reinforce the CiMA DevSecOps team, ensuring quality and continuity of operations within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop robust applications on MS Azure cloud using (ASP).NET Core, EF Core , and Angular
  • Build microservices following clean code principles using CQRS, OData, AutoMapper , and .NET Aspire
  • Design and develop frontend web applications using Angular 18+, TypeScript, RxJS, NgRx, JWT / OAuth / SSO
  • Write and maintain unit and integration tests using Jasmine, Karma
  • Migrate legacy ASP.NET MVC apps to modern Azure App Services
  • Work with NoSQL (Cosmos DB) and relational databases (MS SQL)
  • Deploy and manage Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS) and Cosmos DB
  • Develop REST APIs and web services for seamless data integration
  • Execute automated testing strategies , including end-to-end tests
  • Handle data transformations between formats (SQL, JSON, XML)

Required Skills & Knowledge

  • Strong expertise in C# and TypeScript with a clean code mindset
  • Solid experience with Docker and Kubernetes
  • Familiarity with tools like Selenium or Playwright for testing
  • Advanced database knowledge ( SQL Server , Cosmos DB , admin & query tuning)
  • Experience with Microsoft Fabric , Azure Data Factory , and Power BI Embedded

    • Preferred Certifications (Nice to have)

  • Azure Developer Associate (AZ-204)
  • Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305)
  • DevOps Engineer Expert (AZ-400)
  • Retired Microsoft Certs :
  • NET Developer (70-483)
  • Certified Solutions Developer – MCSD (70-487)
