Providing high-quality technical infrastructure in operational buildings. Defining and implementing the property and mobility strategy. Technical experts & energy management (tem) - a sub-division of GIS - focuses on : Strategic technical choices Feasibility studies Market consultations Contract & project management Training and knowledge sharing This applies to systems such as : High / low-voltage equipment Emergency power generators Rectifiers, batteries, UPS Lighting and general electricity Elevators, cooling, heating Fire detection systems Key responsibilities Define technical requirements with internal clients Design cost-effective, standard-based solutions Identify ideal installation locations Request & evaluate supplier quotes Ensure compliance with environmental / legal regulations Place and monitor orders Coordinate all involved stakeholders Communicate clearly across teams Requirements Bachelor's degree in Electromechanics or equivalent Solid knowledge of electricity and HVAC Fluent in Dutch, good command of a second national language Skilled in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, SharePoint) Strong in project management, planning, and budgeting Analytical, structured, and solution-driven Motivated, eager to learn, and collaborative Able to work independently and efficiently prioritize Future-oriented with a mindset for innovation Holds a valid Driver's License B
