Description de posteProven experience in international B2B sales at a senior level. Strong leadership skills and ability to manage remote, multicultural teams. Strategic mindset combined with operational execution. Comfortable in complex environments (industrial, mining, engineering, energy, or similar sectors). Fluent in English and French. Willingness to travel frequently in Europe and Africa. A permanent, full-time position. A key leadership role in an entrepreneurial, international group. High level of autonomy and responsibility. Competitive compensation package aligned with seniority and performance. Tools and resources to operate at group level. This position is designed for a senior commercial leader who wants real influence, autonomy, and long-term impact within a fast-growing international group.

Sales Director – Europe & Africa (Permanent, Full-Time). Location : Belgium (with frequent travel in Europe & Africa).

AES Group is a fast-growing international industrial group active across Europe and West Africa, supplying equipment and solutions to the mining and industrial sectors. We are strengthening our leadership team and are looking for a senior commercial executive to drive our next phase of growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead and scale our commercial operations across multiple countries.
- Reporting directly to the Group Managing Director, you will be responsible for defining and executing the group’s commercial strategy.
- Driving revenue growth across Europe and Africa.
- Supervising and developing local sales teams.
- Structuring sales processes, KPIs, and performance management.
- Leading key client relationships and strategic negotiations.
- Representing AES Group with major customers and partners.
- Coordinating with operations, finance, and management to deliver profitable growth.
- This is a senior, hands-on leadership role with direct impact on the group’s trajectory.
