Mission Description :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Supply Chain profile with experience in pharmaceuticals to lead the implementation of a cutting-edge planning tool for the production of vaccines. This role is critical in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our supply chain operations. The successful candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management and will be responsible for two main aspects of the project :

Project Management :

Oversee the implementation of the planning tool for operators, including design, planning, execution, and management of 'master data'.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of the tool into existing processes.

Change Management :

Drive change management initiatives to facilitate the transition to the new tool and processes. This includes engaging with operators on the field to understand their challenges and ensuring they adapt to the new way of working.
