Wat als jij zou kunnen bijdragen aan de decarbonisatie van onze klanten en mee zou werken aan een groenere wereld?

In de Carbon Shift -divisie versterk je ons team van consultants en help je onze klanten bij het definiëren en implementeren van hun oplossingen en operationele decarbonisatieplannen. Je combineert jouw expertise in energie, HVAC en elektriciteit met een praktische en concrete aanpak om de efficiëntie, het comfort en de milieuprestaties van gebouwen en industrieën in heel België te optimaliseren.

Door projecten te begeleiden op het vlak van energieaudits, monitoring en analyse, evenals de ontwikkeling van duurzame oplossingen, word je een centrale speler in de energietransitie van onze klanten.

Jouw werklocatie : bij klanten doorheen België

Jouw Equans-uitvalsbasis : Nijvel of Grimbergen

Wat ga je doen?

klanten adviseren en begeleiden bij het definiëren, plannen en implementeren van een echte energietransitie- en decarbonisatiestrategie

technisch referentiepunt zijn voor je team en voor klanten

junior consultants begeleiden en aansturen op projecten

dagelijks projecten en hun budgetopvolging beheren

toezien op de naleving van contractuele vereisten en veiligheidsinstructies

samenwerken met de verschillende project- en onderhoudsteams van Equans om geïntegreerde oplossingen voor datamonitoring en energieprestaties te ontwikkelen

innovatieve, datagedreven oplossingen ontwikkelen om de energie-efficiëntie en duurzaamheid van sites te verbeteren

Carbon Shift Consulting vertegenwoordigen bij evenementen, workshops of klantbenchmarks om best practices rond energieprestaties en duurzaamheid te promoten

bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling en evolutie van advies- en geïntegreerde dienstenaanbiedingen (EPC, monitoring, digitale services, carbon finance, enz.) in lijn met de behoeften van klanten

commerciële relaties ontwikkelen en klanten opvolgen via regelmatige reviews

een klantenportefeuille beheren : na een inwerkperiode beheer je zelfstandig je eigen klantenportefeuille en werk je samen met het Business Development-team aan de ontwikkeling van nieuwe opdrachten

Jouw profiel

diploma burgerlijk of industrieel ingenieur

ruime ervaring (+10 jaar) in HVAC, energie en / of decarbonisatie, bij voorkeur in een multitechnische studiebureau of industriële omgeving

goede kennis van regelsystemen, energiemonitoring en / of digitale prestatievolgsystemen

inzicht in de energiesector, klimaatverandering en / of duurzame ontwikkeling

cultuur van continue verbetering

sterke organisatie- en projectmanagementvaardigheden, met het vermogen om soms onder druk en binnen strikte deadlines te werken

duidelijke en gestructureerde communicatie, proactief en reactief, met sterke commerciële vaardigheden

zelfstandig kunnen werken, terwijl je effectief samenwerkt binnen een team

beheersing van het Nederlands en Frans
