What can we expect from you ?

In your role, you will be generating new ideas and conceptual frameworks to help solve our client’s HR and transformation challenges, provide hands-on solutions, and create insightful recommendations. That could mean :

• Supporting our customers' objective and vision through HR organizational model, policies and processes transformation.
• Supporting cultural evolution around strategic transformations by implementing an actionable plan
• Enhancing the people experience at our customer’s processes
• Defining & activating a tailored culture
• Implementing the best fitting Learning & Development strategy
• Equipping our customer HR team with the right tools (HRIS, digital solutions and AI)
• Supporting and securing transformations by integrating a change strategy from the start.

Who are we looking for ?

We are looking for a new colleague to strengthen ngage expertise on HR topics :

You either have experience (+ / - 3 to 5 years) in HR roles such as HRBP, HR project manager, talent manager, HR consulting…OR experience in working on cultural transformation or / and on change management.
