Ondersteunt op efficiënte en doelgerichte wijze het technische implementatieproces van de bedrijfsoplossing;

Luistert actief naar klanten en geeft de klant de nodige ruimte om toe te lichten wat belangrijk is in de bedrijfsprocessen zodat inzichtelijk gemaakt wordt waar en hoe er toegevoegde waarde kan gecreëerd worden;

Ontwikkelt in functie van de gedefinieerde technische requirements van de oplossing om tot een performante implementatie te komen;

Documenteert deze ontwikkelingen met als doelstelling een transparante en efficiënte doorstroming van de technische requirements, gedurende en na het project;

Test de ontwikkelde requirements en corrigeert waar nodig om tijdverlies en fouten te vermijden, met als streefdoel “first time right”;

Begrijpt waar de toegevoegde waarde zich voor de klant precies bevindt;

Creëert toegevoegde waarde voor de klant zowel intern als extern om via de geleverde service maximale tevredenheid te kunnen garanderen;

Adviseert de klant binnen de gewenste context van zijn kennis en opdracht;

Interne projecten worden op dezelfde kwalitatieve manier uitgevoerd als externe, zowel in timing, communicatie als klantentevredenheid.

Vaardigheden

Minimaal 2 jaar werkervaring in ERP

Kennis van Sana, Perfion en React is een extra troef;

Kennis en ervaring met het opzetten van een webshop is een pluspunt;

Je heb ervaring met X++, C# en .Net;

Je bent communicatief, klantgericht, gaat voor toegevoegde waarde via teamwork.

Je neemt “ownership”op, voert kwaliteit hoog in je vaandel en beseft wat rendement en vlotte wendbaarheid voor een klant kan betekenen;

Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk en hebt een basis van het Frans;

Je travelpack wordt gevuld met

Mogelijkheid jezelf te ontwikkelen;
