70-110k doe + overseas allowance, accommodation, vehicle, rotation

This leading international general contractor is looking for Mechanical & Electrical Quantity Surveyors to work on a major Data Centre project in Mons, Belgium.

Candidates should have strong pre & post contract experience and although not essential, Data Centre experience would be a huge advantage. Other type of desirable project experience would include MEP packages on hi-tech manufacturing, rail, hospital fit out, cleanrooms / pharma, stadia, airports.

• Experience of different forms of contract.
• Evidence of strong interpersonal and people management skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to understand the wider picture whilst devoting attention to detail.
