We are looking for profiles with at least 3 years of professional experience after graduation .

Gathering and analyzing business needs : Collaborate with internal teams to understand their needs and translate them into appropriate technical solutions.

Writing functional specifications : Document requirements and user stories to guide the development team.

Proposing technological solutions : Identify innovative solutions to address business challenges.

Coordinating testing phases : Participate in test design, ensure the quality of deliverables, and verify that implemented solutions meet expectations.

Ensuring smooth communication : Act as an interface between business and technical teams to ensure a shared understanding of requirements.

Strong analytical skills : Ability to break down complex problems and identify effective solutions.

Excellent communication skills : You know how to listen, rephrase, and ensure everyone is aligned.

Passion for technology : You are comfortable with information systems and curious about new technologies.

Knowledge of agile methodologies : Familiarity with Scrum, Kanban, or other IT project management practices.
