About the job

As a Customs & Trade Compliance Specialist at Swarovski, you will :

• Design, document, and implement compliant customs processes across EMEA for B2C and B2B operations
• Lead regional implementation of global trade compliance frameworks (tariff classification, export control, COO, GTS)
• Identify and apply Free Trade Agreements (FTAs) in coordination with internal and external partners
• Ensure optimized customs setups with regional sales teams and monitor broker performance
• Track and report performance indicators, supporting quarterly business reviews
• Maintain audit readiness through risk-based monitoring and self-auditing methods
• Define legal labeling and hallmarking requirements for RDC EMEA processes
