  • Organization : Plan and structure HR support for optimal guidance of teams and managers
  • Management and Communication : Enhance workplace atmosphere through smooth communication
  • Payroll and HR Administration : Oversee payroll administration and HR support for a harmonious work environment
  • Training and Development : Design training programs and support skill development within teams (Leap&Co)
  • Recruitment : Manage the hiring process, conduct interviews, and follow up on satisfaction and feedback

  • Strong skills in organization, planning, and time management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)

  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
  • Commercial awareness and ease in building relationships for effective communication
