Leisure Travel Consultant (m/v/x)
Ben jij een geboren organisatietalent en haal je er voldoening uit om reizen tot in de puntjes te verzorgen? Hou je van intensieve klantencontacten en bezorgt een tevreden klant jou een glimlach om de mond? Weet jij je in te leven in de wensen van de klant en besef je als geen ander wat de positieve impact is van een geslaagde en perfect georganiseerde vakantie? Weet jij anderen te enthousiasmeren met je passie voor reizen? Dan word jij misschien wel onze nieuwe Leisure Travel Consultant!
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de reservaties en volledige afhandeling van de vakantiereizen (vluchten, hotels, treinen, huurwagens, verzekeringen,...). Je verleent reisinformatie en -advies, waarbij je gebruik maakt van geavanceerde technologische systemen op het vlak van reservaties en telecommunicatie. Je draagt zorg voor een uitmuntende dienstverlening aan onze reizigers. Je blijft op de hoogte van markttendensen en producten/diensten binnen de reiswereld door te participeren aan bijeenkomsten georganiseerd door luchtvaartmaatschappijen, leveranciers, het Uniglobe regionaal support team, enz.
Wat verwachten we van jou?
Ervaring op vlak van het organiseren van vakantiereizen
Vlotte talenkennis NL/FR/ENG is een must
Vlotte Kennis van MS office, Outlook en internet
Klantvriendelijkheid en een positieve commerciële ingesteldheid zijn onontbeerlijk
Een punctuele en ordelijke multitasker die getuigt van werkijver en zelfstandigheid
Een enthousiaste, gemotiveerde teamplayer met sterke communicatieve kwaliteiten, alsook een uitgesproken 'hands-on' mentaliteit
Kennis van reservatie & ticketing via GDS (Amadeus & mogelijks Sabre) en/of Atlantis is een plus
