Medical Sales Specialists - Territory across Belgium

The client is seeking a dynamic Medical Representative to drive sales and market share growth across a defined territory. This role involves engaging with GPs, specialists, and pharmacists to promote a diverse pharmaceutical portfolio, execute strategic plans, and deliver impactful educational and scientific events.

They are hiring over a range of regions including East & West Flanders, North East Belgium, Asse, Halle and Mechelen

Key Responsibilities :

• Achieve sales and performance targets within budget and timelines
• Build strong relationships with HCPs and pharmacists
• Execute territory plans and support marketing initiatives
• Organize and lead educational / scientific events
• Provide market insights and competitor intelligence
• Ensure compliance with industry and company standards
• Support and coach team members (50% of role)
• Drive adoption of new initiatives and digital tools
