Business Analyst (Inventory & Logistics Systems) – Freelance

A customer in Antwerp is looking for a Business Analyst to join on a freelance basis.

They are running an inventory and logistics systems project focused on improving the tracking, reporting, and integration of warehouse and supply chain processes.

The programme involves changes to inventory management processes, system integrations, data flows, and reporting structures across multiple sites.

They are therefore looking for a Business Analyst who can work between business and IT, gather and validate requirements, support analysis, and ensure smooth delivery throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities :

• Analyse current inventory and logistics systems and processes
• Gather, document, and validate business and IT requirements
• Perform impact analysis on processes, systems, and data flows
• Translate business needs into functional and non-functional specifications
• Support system integrations, reporting, and data alignment activities
• Work with architects, developers, testers, and vendors
