Description de posteHold a Master's Degree in Electronic / Electrical / Mechatronic Engineering. Possess over 3 years of hands-on experience in hardware design and / or AIT activities. Demonstrate a genuine passion for technology and a keen interest in the aerospace industry. Exhibit strong communication and influencing skills, fostering collaboration within multidisciplinary teams. Champion innovative ideas, nurturing an environment where curiosity thrives. Previous experience in AIT activities on flight hardware is a strong asset Familiarity with electronic laboratory environments is a strong asset Enthusiastic about technology and adept at communicating complex concepts. A team player who thrives in collaborative environments. Fluent in English

Job Description :
- Collaborate in the creation of project specifications, leveraging your technical expertise.
- Assume technical ownership of projects, reporting directly to the project manager.
- Review and enhance hardware specifications and designs to ensure optimal performance.
- Engage in early-stage project brainstorming, contributing your insights to shape innovative solutions.
- Lead R&D initiatives to drive exploration of cutting-edge technologies and research projects.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation in our state-of-the-art laboratory facilities.
- Execute AIT activities on flight hardware, including EMC qualification campaigns, vibration tests, and thermal vacuum tests.
