Responsibilities
- Advising corporate clients on treasury processes, operating models, and treasury organization structure.
- Preparing and leading client workshops.
- Translating workshop requirements to internal teams for product enhancement or development.
- Analyzing the value and business case of treasury transformational initiatives.
