Description de posteJe hebt een Masterdiploma in Communicatiewetenschappen of Economie en minstens vijf jaar ervaring in een corporate communicatiefunctie, bij voorkeur in een grote internationale omgeving. Je bent pragmatisch en kunt gemakkelijk switchen tussen strategie en uitvoering Je hebt projectmanagementvaardigheden en hebt ervaring met het opmaken en implementeren van een communicatiestrategie. Je bent Nederlandstalig en je spreekt en schrijft uitstekend Frans, en hebt een goede kennis van Engels. Je hebt concrete ervaring als woordvoerder. Je hebt crisiscommunicatie-expertise en de vaardigheid om snel en accuraat te reageren in drukke situaties. Je beschikt over sterke analytische en strategische denkvaardigheden om mediakansen te identificeren. Je bent een strategische denker met een hands-on mentaliteit en een passie voor communicatie. Zo draag je actief bij aan een sterke en positieve externe positionering van Carrefour. Contract : Een voltijds contract van onbepaalde duur (CDI). Missie
Als External Corporate Communication Manager speel je een sleutelrol in de externe positionering van Carrefour in België. Je ontwikkelt en implementeert communicatiestrategieën die de reputatie van Carrefour versterken bij externe stakeholders. Samen met je collega’s zorg je voor een sterke en consistente boodschap die bijdraagt aan het imago en succes van onze organisatie.
Taakomschrijving
- Ontwikkelen van een communicatiestrategie in lijn met de corporate strategie, het bepalen van communicatiedoelen en KPI’s, en het monitoren en verbeteren van de resultaten.
- Creëren van consistente, boeiende content voor externe doelgroepen, beheren van communicatiekanalen en afstemmen met interne boodschappen waar nodig.
- Onderhouden en versterken van contacten met media en andere stakeholders, proactief inspelen op mediakansen en optreden als woordvoerder, inclusief via radio en tv.
- Je beheert de externe communicatiekanalen en zorgt voor continue verbetering ervan
- Je bepaalt communicatiedoelen en KPI’s om de effectiviteit van de externe communicatie te meten, monitort de resultaten en stelt verbeteringen voor.
- Opstellen en uitvoeren van communicatieplannen bij crisis- en verandermanagement en organiseren van evenementen om journalisten te informeren.
- Klanten zijn onze reden van bestaan. Via de externe communicatiekanalen, en in het bijzonder via Belgische media, informeer je hen over wat Carrefour voor hen kan betekenen.
- Nauw samenwerken met interne teams, management en externe partners, en bijdragen aan het informeren van klanten via externe communicatie in lijn met onze missie en visie.
