What You’ll Do
- Take the lead on corporate and TMC sales strategy, from proactive prospecting to deal closure
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key accounts and decision-makers
- Respond to RFPs, negotiate transient and group contracts, and grow market share
- Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums
- Collaborate closely with the Groups & Events, Revenue, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless delivery
- Keep your finger on the pulse of market trends, competitor activity, and client needs
- Act as a true brand ambassador in everything you do
Requirements
At least 4 years of experience in a similar sales role in a upscale hotelA strong network in the corporate and TMC markets, both locally and internationallyFamiliar with key tools like Lanyon, GDS, Hotelligence, Cvent, MICEVIEW, ConcurFluent in English, French, and Dutch (any additional language is a plus)A natural negotiator and influencer with a “hunter” mindset and passion for salesProactive, positive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environmentBenefits
