Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments of chemical products, ensuring timely delivery.
- Communicate with suppliers, customers, and logistics service providers to manage orders and shipments.
- Prepare and manage shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates, etc.).
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the production and sales teams to optimize stock availability.
- Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations, especially those related to hazardous materials.
- Track shipments and resolve any issues that may arise during transit.
- Negotiate rates with freight forwarders and carriers to control costs.
