Mission

As a Salesforce Functional Consultant , you will get the chance to put your skills and experience into practice. You will get to play an important role in the team as you will take ownership of the functional aspects of each project ensuring the quality of the Salesforce solution. You will be involved beyond pure configuration : you will have the option to be in close contact with clients, helping them think proactively about their needs and goals.

For this function, you are mainly working at our customer’s premises and you have the possibility to work from home, but we’re also happy to welcome our teams for regular Office Days (Ghent, Mechelen, Heverlee or Braine L’Alleud) to connect with teammates.

As a functional Salesforce consultant, you collaborate with Belgian and international organizations on Salesforce CRM projects.

You listen to customer requirements, understand a company’s processes and develop a deeper understanding of business challenges in marketing, sales and service. You are not afraid to challenge a customer to understand why they work a certain way, in order to support them in understanding how Salesforce can help them to better meet their strategic, tactical and / or financial goals..

You pick up responsibility for your part of the project and coordinate with colleagues in order to achieve a successful project delivery.

You contribute and / or take the lead in analysis, solution design, implementation, configuration, testing, documentation, training and go-live of the Salesforce projects.

You support the growth of Inetum by actively contribution to pre-sales tracks and proposals.
