Description de posteHet beheren van je eigen klantenportefeuille . Je houdt jouw klanten tevreden, je luistert naar hun noden en vragen, je zorgt ervoor dat ze ons goed gebruiken en je streeft naar een optimale uitrol van alle modules. Het geven van de opleidingen en demonstraties van de softwareprogramma's ter plaatse bij jouw klanten. Dit kan gaan om kennismakingssessies, tonen van nieuwigheden, interactieve vraag- en antwoordsessies,… Je past je opleidingen aan naargelang het doelpubliek dat je beoogt. Want een sociale huisvestingsmaatschappij functioneert anders dan een ziekenhuis, een gemeentebestuur werkt anders dan een provincie, enz. Het installeren en parametriseren van ons ter plaatse bij jouw klanten die je begeleidt bij de ingebruikname van de software. (je hoeft hiervoor geen ICT specialist te zijn) Het garanderen dat klanten op jouw professionele hulp kunnen rekenen. Je bent hun eerste aanspreekpunt en je beantwoordt hun vragen, opmerkingen en suggesties. Bijdragen aan de continue verbetering van de software door suggesties terug te koppelen naar onze R&D afdeling en nieuwe functionaliteiten te testen. Je bent analytisch sterk en bij voorkeur in het bezit van een masterdiploma. (bv. Rechten, criminologie, politieke en sociale wetenschappen, bestuurskunde en publiek management,…) Je hebt 0 tot 7 jaar ervaring. Talent, potentieel en het doorzettingsvermogen om een topspecialist te worden in ons domein vinden wij belangrijker dan relevante werkervaring. Ook als schoolverlater krijg je alle kansen. Wij zorgen zelf voor een uitgebreid opleidingstraject . Je hebt de passie om opleidingen te geven voor een groep van gebruikers en kennis over te dragen. Je hebt een zeer goed en verzorgd voorkomen. Je bent optimistisch, sociaal , vlot in de omgang. Je bent stressbestendig en kan op bepaalde erg drukke piekmomenten toch nog goed blijven functioneren. Je werkt autonoom. Je hebt overtuigingskracht en commerciële flair. Je blijft assertief de klant helpen als je botst op weerstand tegen verandering, of als gebruikers jou uitdagen met onverwachte of vergezochte vragen. Je bent perfectionistisch aangelegd.
