Project Manager

Prosource is currently looking for a freelance IT Project Manager with proven experience in projects in technical and / or regulated industries.

This mission is critical to the success of a multi-site infrastructure and production transformation project for a leading group based in Brussels . The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in complex IT project delivery, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive coordination across technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

The IT Project Manager will oversee the full IT scope of the transformation, ensuring effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners, while maintaining alignment with strategic business goals.

Key duties include :

• Structuring and monitoring all IT-related activities of the project.
• Identifying interdependencies with non-IT workstreams (construction, logistics, equipment).
• Leading coordination among infrastructure, applications, and support teams.
• Managing relationships with external IT providers and vendors.
• Ensuring integration of IT timelines into the overall multi-site transformation schedule.
• Controlling the IT budget, proposing adjustments as needed.
• Preparing and leading IT steering committee meetings; providing clear reporting to senior IT management.
• Supporting users through IT change management processes.
