Join Sterigenics as a Quality Assurance Manager & Qualified Person (QP)

At our Fleurus site, we are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced Quality Assurance Manager and Qualified Person to strengthen our team.

Your mission

As Quality Assurance Manager and Qualified Person, you will be a central figure in implementing and managing a robust Quality Management System within our facility. You’ll also act as the Qualified Person for our site in Fleurus, ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Your responsibilities will include :

  • Leading and maintaining the Total Quality Management System
  • Representing the site on all quality matters, both internally and externally
  • Managing the Process Quality Control team
  • Overseeing compliance, quality audits, regulatory inspections (AFMPS, FDA, BSI, etc.)
  • Acting as Qualified Person for the release of pharmaceutical batches
  • Ensuring continuous improvement of quality procedures
  • Supporting corporate QA initiatives and customer communications
  • Coaching and developing the QA / QC team

Who We're Looking For (profile)

You are a skilled quality professional with proven expertise in pharmaceutical or medical device environments and have the capacity to lead quality operations with strategic insight and hands-on involvement.

We are looking for the following qualifications :

  • Master’ s degree in Life Sciences (Biology, Chemistry, etc.)
  • Certified as a Qualified Person (QP) or equivalent education is a strong asset
  • At least 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance
  • Minimum 3 years in a managerial role
  • Solid understanding of GMP and pharmaceutical industry standards
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills
  • A proactive mindset with high attention to detail and quality
