Role Description
As the Chef des Ventes, you will lead the sales team, motivate and develop team members, analyze sales results, define strategies, and implement commercial actions. You will also manage your own sales targets, designing and selling projects, and sharing your commercial skills and positive energy daily.
Candidate Profile
Ideal candidates have managerial experience, sales or design background, strong motivation, and qualities such as listening, rigor, tenacity, and a positive attitude. Multilingual skills and a valid work permit for Belgium are advantageous.
Training & Tools
Personalized training, including in-store coaching or at the Schmidt Group Academy, which offers a Professional Qualification Certificate in Sales Management. Digital tools like configurators, tablets, and immersive glasses are provided.
