Job Description
As a PMO, you will be the main contact point of your dedicated Program Team and be the guardian of the Program processes.
You will play a major role in the various stakeholders’ interactions to ensure proper Program delivery by supporting the Management through efficient communication, management of activity reporting, documentation, budget management, events, and people management. Act as a mentor on different tools and procedures.
You will creatively be supporting the improvement initiatives where needed.
Your main tasks include :
- Facilitate the Project Planning and coordination
- Support to the workplan management; keep track of plans, budget, quality standards, deliverables, and dependencies
- Monitor the relations between all project stakeholders
- Ensure smooth and clear communication when appropriate
- Support the follow-up of risks and issues
- Facilitate internal and external meetings organisation
- Organize project resource management and follow-up
- Promote and foster best practices standards, quality, and methodologies within the project’s scope. Follow up on Financial & Operational Information
- Report generation following a predefined script as well as preparation of custom reports for project needs
- Review KPIs, spot trends and advise PMs executives accordingly
- Set up / Modify Project-related Processes to ensure project / program efficiency and industrialization
- In charge of continuous development and oversight of core PMO processes
- Align, monitor, and adjust documentation and archives
- Documentation includes taking minutes of the meetings, and logging the related actions resulting from the meetings
- Ensure accurate completion of projects related documents at every step of a project’s creation, development, and execution

You have acted as project manager / PMO for global, multi-disciplinary projectsYou have experience in creating executive presentations on project portfolio status for the Sr. ManagementYou have experience in conceptualizing and implementing a strategy for capturing Project and Program metrics and funneling that information to easy-to-understand dashboards, enabling Executive Management to keep a pulse on project healthYou have experience in coordination and execution of project / program support activities and coordination between stakeholdersParticipation in user, service, and project meetingsYou have experience in Information sites ManagementYou can deal with multiple tasks or environments, culture and personalitiesYou will be working from our offices in Brussels and Diegem, in combination with working from your home officeSoft Skills
