Project Manager

As part of an activity increase on our Belgian site, we are looking for a

Project Manager

Job Overview : Plans, directs, and coordinates project activities to ensure that goals and objectives of projects are meet within the timeline, the quality and the budget.

This position will report to the Director of Program Management.

Your mission will be to :

• Participate in defining the scope of project and objectives by involving stakeholders.
• Initiate, plan and monitor of assigned project to fulfill scope, budget and timeline
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and follow the progress of the project.
• Manage project scope change, in the planning and cost using appropriate tools.
• Manage multidisciplinary project teams
• Implement and use defined project management tools to evaluate project performance.
• Evaluate and analyze project and business issues.
• Put in place risk management strategies to proactively prevent the risks inherent in the execution of the project.
• Manage the customer relations as well as all the stakeholders of the project.
• Create and maintain comprehensible and consistent project management documentation.
• Demonstrate problem solving capabilities to resolve situation promptly and efficiently to ensure on time deliveries and to maintain high level of customer satisfaction.
