FunctieomschrijvingAls Junior Busines s Development Manager ondersteun je de commerciële groei binnen de division Aircrafthandel in België. Je identificeert nieuwe kansen bij producenten en logistieke partners, bouwt sterke klantrelaties op en werkt nauw samen met interne teams zoals accountmanagement, inkoop en operations. Je bereidt voorstellen voor, analyseert supply chains en presenteert innovatieve oplossingen aan prospects. Je vertegenwoordigt het bedrijf bij internationale beurzen en evenementen en ondersteunt campagnes voor cross-selling en klanttevredenheid.

Je draagt bij aan commerciële strategieën voor de DACH- en Noord-Europese markt en rapporteert aan het hoofd van Business Development. Door nauwkeurig markt- en klantanalyses te maken, stimuleer je duurzame groei en verhoog je klanttevredenheid met focus op relaties op lange termijn.

• Bachelor of master in logistiek, economie, marketing of gelijkwaardige ervaring
• Maximaal 3 jaar ervaring in business development of accountmanagement, bij voorkeur in logistiek of supply chain
• Sterke commerciële drive, analytisch en klantgericht
• Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels, kennis van Duits is een pluspunt
• Bereidheid om internationaal te reizen en beurzen te bezoeken
• Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een hands-on mentaliteit
