  • Assist with preventive maintenance programs to ensure optimal operation of equipment and facilities.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance, safety hazards, and compliance issues
  • Support the implementation of health, safety, and sustainability policies to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
  • Manage facility-related orders and invoice processes to maintain budget control.
  • Oversee and track facility upgrade, renovation, or expansion projects, ensuring documentation is kept up to date.
  • Promote excellence and continuous improvement in Facility Management, Security Management, and Sustainability topics.
  • A Bachelor's degree or academic education in Facility Management.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Facility Management, ideally with knowledge in Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE).
  • Experience with Fleet or Mobility is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Fluency in English with a good working knowledge of Dutch and French.
  • Strong analytical skills, practical problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach.
  • Good communication skills and ability to engage, work autonomously, and demonstrate resilience.
