Description de posteAssist with preventive maintenance programs to ensure optimal operation of equipment and facilities. Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance, safety hazards, and compliance issues Support the implementation of health, safety, and sustainability policies to maintain a safe and productive work environment. Manage facility-related orders and invoice processes to maintain budget control. Oversee and track facility upgrade, renovation, or expansion projects, ensuring documentation is kept up to date. Promote excellence and continuous improvement in Facility Management, Security Management, and Sustainability topics. A Bachelor's degree or academic education in Facility Management. At least 3 years of experience in Facility Management, ideally with knowledge in Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE). Experience with Fleet or Mobility is advantageous. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Fluency in English with a good working knowledge of Dutch and French. Strong analytical skills, practical problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach.
