Description de posteAnalyseren van bestaande financiële EN operationele processen alsook knelpunten identificeren Hertekenen en verbeteren van financiële en operationele processen Meewerken aan data- en systeemmigraties Actief meedenken over efficiëntere workflows en structuren Sparringpartner voor management en afdelingen Duidelijk communiceren, rapporteren en signalen durven benoemen Problemen proactief aankaarten en oplossingsgericht werken Fulltime (4 / 5de bespreekbaar, voorkeur fulltime) Zelfstandig, proactief en assertief Sterke analytische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden Process-minded : je ziet hoe dingen beter kunnen en durft dat ook uit te spreken Affiniteit met systemen en software; je duikt vlot nieuwe tools in Ervaring met Yardi is een mooie plus (geen must) Sterk met data, systemen en migraties Je bent zeer bedreven in Excel en kunt complexe spreadsheets efficiënt gebruiken voor analyses en rapportages. Nederlands : vloeiend (must) Frans : sterke basis Locatie : pendelen tussen Brussel en Mechelen Tot 2 dagen thuiswerk mogelijk in overleg Je bent communicatief en durft zaken benoemen die niet goed lopen Je werkt niet op een eiland, maar zoekt actief samenwerking Je hebt geen schrik om fouten of inefficiënties bloot te leggen Je wil écht impact maken op de werking van het bedrijf

Jouw rol
Als Financial & Process Controller combineer je operationele finance met procesoptimalisatie. Je werkt zelfstandig, maar nooit geïsoleerd : je bent een echte sparringpartner voor management en verschillende afdelingen. Je krijgt de ruimte om processen in vraag te stellen en structureel te verbeteren.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden
Finance & controlling
- Bewaken van een correcte verwerking van boekhoudkundige gegevens
- Monitoren en analyseren van KPI's
- Adviseren van management over financiële prestaties en situaties (gebouwen & derdengelden)
- Ondersteunen bij budgetopvolging en financiële inzichten
