The Position

As part of our ongoing growth, we are looking for an Agile Coach to join our teams and work on client projects located in La Hulpe.

As an Agile Coach , your main responsibilities will include :

  • Acting as a key driver of Agile maturity and transformation within the planning unit
  • Collaborating closely with leadership to ensure alignment with Agile and DevOps principles
  • Shaping and safeguarding team culture while fostering transparency and trust
  • Facilitating effective planning unit events and tracking leadership action items
  • Designing dashboards and performance metrics to guide actions and decision-making
  • Supporting resolution of team-level issues while scaling best practices across units
  • Coaching and mentoring at all levels to instill Agile values and mindset
  • Driving outcome-based delivery by defining and aligning OKRs, tracking progress, and removing roadblocks
  • Promoting continuous learning and organizational change through knowledge sharing and strategic facilitation

Your Profile

  • Degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field
  • Solid hands-on experience in Agile & DevOps environments
  • Strong facilitation and servant leadership skills
  • Practical experience in software development or IT delivery
  • Proven ability to influence, negotiate, and engage stakeholders across levels
  • Proficiency in tools and frameworks related to Agile transformation
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Language(s) : English required
  • Enjoy working in a hybrid setup (up to 2 days of remote work per week)
