Your role as a strategic HR business partner

Strategic advisory

• Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
• Act as a key liaison between the business and HR teams, ensuring alignment of initiatives and organisational priorities.

Your Profile

We are looking for a dynamic professional with the following qualifications :

Skills : Strategic thinker with strong business acumen.

Expert in organisational development and HR strategy.

Strong coaching and change management capabilities.

Proficient in modern HR tools and MS Office.

Knowledgeable in Belgian social legislation

Additional Requirements : A valid Category B driving license.

Willingness to work at our locations in Antwerp Port, Ghent& Zeebrugge Seaport and in the headquarters in Brussels
