Phinest is a Belgian Management Consulting firm providing tailor-made services for Bel20 and Bel20-like companies.
We are a human-sized organisation working with a broad portfolio of clients in various sectors (Utilities, Pharmaceutical, Banking & Insurance, Retail, Transport, Public, Telecom).
Based on a holistic approach, our objective is to implement our client's strategic Projects and Programs and to ensure their business efficiency.

Position: Business Development Manager
Business Development
· Defining your commercial strategy in line with Phinest's vision
· Taking over the major accounts in the Pharmaceutical, Retail, Public sectors, and establishing long-term partnerships with our clients
· Creating business opportunities by meeting with key decision makers
· Understanding the context and the pain points of your prospects
· Advising on solutions, negotiating and closing contracts
Human Resources
· Participating in the recruitment strategy
· Selecting & recruiting Phinest new talents
· Being in charge of their career follow-up and evolutions (annual review, …)
Management
· Managing your own team of talented consultants
· Further developing their skills according to their ambitions and the market's trends
· Being responsible for the P&L of your business unit
· Building strong partnerships with the various international entities of the group Phinest is part of (d2X)
Skills and Qualifications:
· You hold a Master degree in engineering or business
· You have between 1 to 3 years’ experience as a Business Manager
· You have the ability to confidently interact with CxO level, purchasers, managers, decision makers
· You have a strong intra/entrepreneurial spirit, pro-active and goal oriented
· You are able to identify talents and to work autonomously
· You have excellent listening and communication skills
· You are fluent in French and English, Dutch is a definite plus
