Globally we see a huge surge in nutrition and lifestyle related illnesses such as obesity and diabetes. At BiometrIQ, we revolutionise the way nutritional coaches transform lives, enabling them to deliver unparalleled, deeply personalised support to their clients.

In the BiometrIQ platform, nutritional coaches can harness lifestyle and biomarker data from wearables, sensors, and lab analyses to design personalised journeys. This approach not only makes the process more efficient, but also significantly boosts individual motivation, ultimately leading to better and more sustainable results.

Overweight and obesity are growing challenges in our society, yet only a fraction of those affected find their way to professional support. BiometrIQ is changing that by partnering with health insurers, HR providers, and corporate wellbeing partners. We believe that personalised nutrition should be within everyone’s reach. We are building a future where professional nutritional coaching is more accessible, more precise, and more impactful empowering individuals to take control of their health.

Your Key Responsibilities

As a growth-oriented sales professional you will play a key role in further scaling our client base in the broader corporate wellbeing market. Moreover, you’ll be responsible for refining our sales and operational processes thereby setting the groundwork for our forthcoming international growth strategy.

Joining our dynamic team in the rapidly evolving digital health space offers an exciting opportunity to make a substantial impact! You’ll also have the opportunity to take on diverse responsibilities :

  • Drive new business opportunities to expand our customer base, including prospecting and lead generation
  • Foster client relationships for superior service and accelerate cross / upselling opportunities.
  • Partner with marketing, product, and customer success teams for aligned sales strategies and business optimisation.
  • Utilise data analytics to track sales metrics and optimize sales processes.
  • Stay current on market trends, competitors, and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

What we are looking for

  • You bring a minimum of two years' experience in software sales to the table, ideally complemented by team management responsibilities.
  • You have a good understanding of sales processes and performance metrics and you’re familiar with CRM tools like HubSpot or similar platforms to manage leads and track sales activities effectively.
  • You are fluent in English and Dutch, German and French are nice extras
  • You’re motivated to contribute to business growth, take ownership of responsibilities, and driven by setting, pursuing, and achieving ambitious sales goals.
  • You thrive in the fast-paced environment of a startup by embracing change and adapting your strategies to align with shifting priorities or market conditions.
  • You have a sincere interest in nutrition and overall health, complemented by an understanding of corporate wellbeing

  • Finally, you’ll be invited for a closing interview with both founders, during which we’ll also work through a business case based on your take-home assignment.
