For one of our clients, we are looking for the following profile.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a bridge between business users and the IT development team throughout the lifecycle of IT systems
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and relay user feedback to developers
- Provide support to business users, including issue resolution and user assistance
- Perform and coordinate functional testing to ensure quality and usability of systems
- Draft clear, structured documentation including user guides, functional specifications, training materials, and web content (English required; French is an asset)
- Create video tutorials and training materials to support user onboarding and system adoption
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT tools by identifying usability issues and proposing functional enhancements
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business goals
Required Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience working on the functional side of IT projects in direct collaboration with business usersBackground in or exposure to the legal domain is highly desirableStrong written and verbal communication skills in English ; French is a plusSolid understanding of IT systems architecture and what is technically feasibleExperience with creating user documentation, training materials, and video tutorialsProactive, user-focused mindset with the ability to work independently and collaborativelyComfortable working in cross-functional teams and effectively translating business needs into technical languageFamiliarity with tools for documentation, video creation, and issue tracking
