Infrastructure Scrum Master

To reinforce the department, which includes production squads for application tribes (Daily Banking, Channels, AI, Data Hub, CRM Tribe, Risk & Credit, Payments, etc.).

Scope : 4 teams within the Tribe, including a 20 people squad

Profile sought : Senior, capable of maintaining an overall view, very autonomous in a technical environment but not strictly technical.

Main missions

Be the single point of entry with all stakeholders.

Good understanding of infrastructure (even if not an infrastructure expert role).

Coordination of sprints, reviews, retrospectives.

SPOC for incoming requests and priority management.

Management of deployments, releases, incidents (e.g., production bug on a payment application from an infrastructure perspective)

Technical skills and experience

Not a pure technical profile but must understand IT challenges. (General web infrastructure knowledge is a great asset)

Soft Skills

Very good communication skills.

Languages

English : 95% of communication (especially with offshore teams).

French / Dutch : a plus but not mandatory.
