Nexeo Belgium is looking for a Commercial Support Officer – Corporate Coverage

to join a major financial institution and support a portfolio of large international corporate clients.

Mission context :

You will be part of the Corporate Banking division , focusing on clients with a turnover above €250M. Most of these clients operate internationally and have complex, tailored financial needs. Your contribution will directly impact client satisfaction and internal efficiency.

As a Commercial Support Officer, you will :

  • Provide broad administrative and commercial support to Relationship Managers
  • Assist with account openings (domestic & international), credit-related operations, and compliance tracking
  • Manage client files, profitability and risk reports, attestations, and client conditions
  • Act as the first point of contact for all day-to-day banking questions in your client portfolio
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and international teams to ensure smooth client servicing
  • Help maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through efficiency and proactivity

Your profile :

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • At least 3 years of experience in a corporate or financial services setting
  • Excellent command of MS Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Fluent in Dutch, French, and English (spoken and written)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical and structured mindset; detail-oriented and solution-driven
  • Client-focused, organized, autonomous , and capable of handling priorities
  • A team player who is curious and eager to learn from senior colleagues

    • Work setup :

  • Hybrid model : 50% on-site , 50% homeworking (after onboarding period)
