Role Overview

As a Tech Lead .NET Developer in the STP Tribe, you will lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable .NET-based solutions that support Euroclear’s digital transformation initiatives. You will be responsible for guiding a team of developers, ensuring technical excellence, and aligning solutions with business goals and architectural standards.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

• Lead the design and implementation of .NET Core applications
• Define and enforce coding standards, architecture patterns, and best practices.
• Drive the adoption of DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and Azure DevOps integration.
• Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior and mid-level developers.

Solution Architecture

• Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and Product Owners to define system architecture and integration strategies.
• Ensure alignment with the STP Tribe’s hybrid agile operating model and technical roadmap.

Quality & Testing

• Promote test-driven development (TDD) and ensure robust unit and integration testing.
• Ensure performance, security, and scalability of applications through proactive design and testing.

Collaboration & Agile Delivery

• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, retrospectives, PI planning).
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and Business Analysts.
• Support delivery planning and contribute to quarterly tribe-level objectives.

Technical Stack

• Languages: C#, .NET 6/7/8, MVC/Web API
• Frameworks: .NET Core, Entity Framework, CQRS, SAGA
• Cloud: Microsoft Azure (Azure DevOps, Service Fabric, OpenShift)
• Databases: SQL Server, MongoDB, Kafka
• Tools: Git, Jenkins, SonarQube, Docker, Kubernetes

Architecture & Design

• Strong grasp of software design patterns, clean architecture, and microservices.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, gRPC, and service orchestration.

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Proven ability to lead technical discussions and influence architectural decisions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Certifications: Microsoft Azure (AZ-204, AZ-104), PSM I, PRINCE2 Foundation.
• Experience in financial services or regulated environments is a plus.
