To strengthen our Legal Services practice in Belgium, Forvis Mazars is looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial Senior Manager in Corporate & Business Law . This is a unique opportunity to play a leading role in a growing and ambitious legal team within a multidisciplinary and international environment.

Your role

As a Senior Manager, you will take ownership of complex legal matters and contribute to the strategic development of our legal practice. Your responsibilities will include :

  • Legal expertise : Advise clients on a broad range of corporate and business law topics, including company formation, restructurings, M&A, joint ventures, governance and commercial contracts.
  • Transactional leadership : Lead and coordinate domestic and cross-border transactions, including drafting and negotiating key agreements such as share and asset purchase agreements, shareholder agreements and collaboration frameworks.
  • Client management : Act as a trusted advisor to clients by providing practical, business-oriented legal advice. You proactively identify their needs and contribute to long-term client relationships.
  • Business development & growth leadership : Beyond advising clients, you will play a key role in shaping the growth strategy of our Legal Services offering. This includes actively contributing to the development and positioning of the Corporate & Business Law team - both internally and externally.

  • Coach and supervise junior colleagues, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture. You share knowledge and encourage development and initiative within the team.

    • About you

  • Master’s degree in Law from a Belgian university with a specialization or strong experience in corporate and business law.
  • 8 years of relevant experience as a lawyer at a reputable (international) law firm, or as a legal advisor in a multidisciplinary advisory firm.
  • You are Dutch or French native speaker with proficiency in English.
