Backed by a multidisciplinary team of regulatory specialists, Biorius partners with international brands to simplify complex regulatory frameworks and accelerate expansion into global markets.


Role

Biorius is seeking an ambitious, commercially driven Customer Relationship Manager to strengthen and expand our presence in the cosmetics regulatory market. This role goes beyond client relationship management—it is highly sales-focused. You will nurture client partnerships while proactively developing new business opportunities, expanding existing accounts, and driving revenue growth.

The ideal candidate combines strong relationship-building skills with a true sales mindset, thriving on identifying opportunities, initiating conversations, negotiating value, and closing deals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of clients, ensuring long-term partnerships and high customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets.
  • Own the full commercial cycle: prospecting, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
  • Develop and execute account growth strategies, including upselling and cross-selling services.
  • Lead contract negotiations to establish long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with clients while maximizing revenue potential.
  • Work closely with clients to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality regulatory documentation, maintaining consistent and effective communication throughout.
  • Represent Biorius at international trade shows, conferences, and industry events, identifying new business opportunities and expanding your network of high-value contacts.
  • Collaborate closely with internal regulatory experts to deliver tailored solutions aligned with client needs.


Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong commercial instinct and natural ability to spot growth opportunities.
  • Comfortable engaging new prospects.
  • Confident negotiator, able to close and secure long-term agreements.
  • Excellent at building rapport and cultivating long-term client relationships.
  • Results-focused.
  • Adaptable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining a results-oriented mindset.
  • Proactive, autonomous, and highly organized.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and CRM tools.
  • Willing to travel internationally for client meetings and trade shows.


Experience & Education:

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in a commercially driven role, with some exposure to or interest in the cosmetics industry; experience in a B2B or regulatory environment is a plus.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Economics, or related field (preferred).
  • Languages: Fluent in French and English (spoken and written). Additional languages are a strong advantage.
